Scrum

Scrum Framework requires an environment where:

  • Increments of valuable work are delivered in short cycles of one month or less, which are called Sprints. Ongoing feedback occurs during the Sprint, allowing for inspection and adaptation of the process and what will be delivered.

  • The Scrum Team has a Scrum Master, a Product Owner and Developers, who are accountable for turning the selection of the work into an Increment of value during a Sprint.

  • The Scrum Team and other members of their organization, business, users or customer-base known as stakeholders, inspect the results of the Sprint and adjust for the next one.

Our approach combines the flexibility of Scrum with the structured reliability of the PMI matrix, resulting in a robust and adaptive project management framework. To ensure comprehensive project oversight, we've extended the traditional project lifecycle to include five key phases:

  1. Evaluation Phase: In-depth analysis of the company's current processes and structure to identify areas for improvement.

  2. Initiation Phase: Recommendations for process improvements and optimizations to align with business goals.

  3. Planning Phase: Collaborative design of the application, working closely with the client to ensure all requirements are met.

  4. Execution & Control Phase: Construction and implementation of the application, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

  5. Release Phase: Final evaluation, followed by post-release monitoring to ensure optimal performance and process integration.

Risk management is a critical component of our project management strategy. The Project Manager's first responsibility is to conduct a thorough risk analysis before initiating any project. This includes:

  • Risk Analysis & Assessment: Identifying potential risks that could impact the project's success.

  • RMA Plan Development: Creating a detailed Risk Mitigation and Avoidance (RMA) plan to resolve, mitigate, or avoid identified risks.

  •

We have developed a specialized framework to guide each stage of this process, ensuring that risks are managed effectively from project initiation through completion.
