Scrum Framework requires an environment where:

The Scrum Team has a Scrum Master, a Product Owner and Developers, who are accountable for turning the selection of the work into an Increment of value during a Sprint.

Risk management is a critical component of our project management strategy. The Project Manager's first responsibility is to conduct a thorough risk analysis before initiating any project. This includes:

RMA Plan Development: Creating a detailed Risk Mitigation and Avoidance (RMA) plan to resolve, mitigate, or avoid identified risks.
